Spectrum Management Platform

HintonX was engaged in a high-impact initiative with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) to support the Spectrum and Telecommunications Sector in modernizing its national platform. The project—Spectrum Cloud User Trial—was a nationwide test of the final prototype of the Spectrum Cloud Platform, a digital solution designed to enhance how Canada manages and regulates radio spectrum usage across the country.

Outcome: The successful completion of the Spectrum Cloud User Trial marked a critical milestone in Canada’s digital infrastructure roadmap. The insights gathered enabled ISED to confidently move into the production launch of the platform—modernizing legacy systems and significantly increasing operational efficiency for spectrum management nationwide. Tony Dosen was formally recognized by the Director General of the Spectrum and Telecommunications Sector for outstanding contribution to this national initiative.
